Wheel & Tyre Trolleys

An extremely high quality and versatile Wheel and Tyre Trolley featuring adjustable internal beam widths of 400mm, 475mm and 550mm to cater for various diameter wheels and tyres. Available in either 1300mm, 1500mm or 1800mm demountable tyre friendly round cross beam lengths. Two fixed and two fully-rotating locking & braking aluminium castor wheels are supplied fitted to the trolley to give strength and manoeuvrability.

Convenience and quality come together in the design and manufacture of this sturdy Powder Coated wheel and Tyre Trolley, equally practical for transport in the pit and paddock, or for storage back at the workshop.

Demountable tyre friendly round cross beams reduce the marking of tyres and are available in 1300mm, 1500mm or 1600mm internal lengths. The height of the top beams can also be adjusted in 3 positions depending on the diameter of your tyres and to reduce the overall trolley height. Two fixed and two fully-rotating locking & braking castor wheels are designed for strength and ease of movement around the pits, paddock and workshop. Manufactured from high grade mild steel with a durable silver powder coated finish. Two optional A-Frames fitted with an M12 Rod End and a Rear Towing Frame are available separately (Maximum towing speed of 5mph/8kph). It is recommended that Aluminium Wheels (BGR113P/BGR114P/BGR124P) are used for towing.

A practical solution for transport in the pit and paddock area when trailer space is limited. Fully assembled, the trolley can carry multiple wheels and tyres on the tyre-friendly round cross beams as well as tools, parts and other accessories in the bottom tray. The tray has also been specifically designed to accommodate stackable Euro Bins (available separately) allowing users to maximise the storage space available. When not in use, simply remove the beams and secure them in the empty tray before folding flat each end frame and locking them shut. The trolley can then be slid in to any suitable space for storage and transportation. Two fixed and two fully-rotating locking & braking castor wheels are provided for strength and ease of movement around the pits, paddock and workshop.

The Mini Folding Pit Trolley is ideal for transporting wheels, tyres, tools and Euro bins around the pits, paddock and workshop and folds down for ease of storage. The trolley can either be pulled by hand or attached to a paddock vehicle. Manufactured from high-grade mild steel with a durable silver grey powder-coated finish. The trolley is fitted with 100mm diameter swivel and brake front castors and 100mm fixed rear castors.

The B-G Racing Mini Folding Pit Trolley Bag is designed to make carrying the Mini Folding Pit Trolley easier and to protect the Mini Folding Pit Trolley from being damaged when it is being stored in your work shop or during transit to and from the race circuit. The bag features a shoulder strap for carrying or 2 holes in the bottom which allow the bag to be pulled round using the trolleys existing wheels. Produced in a high quality, heavy-duty black nylon fabric.

The B-G Racing Folding Pit Trolley folds down to take up minimal storage space when being transported to the circuit but when unfolded is spacious enough to transport wheels, tyres, tools and even Euro bins round the paddock, pit garage and workshop. The Folding Pit Trolley features two fixed and two fully-rotating locking & braking castor wheels and can be either pulled by hand or has the possibility to be connected to a paddock vehicle. Equally practical for transport in the pit and paddock, or for storage back at the workshop, this Single Tier Wheel and Tyre Trolley is supplied with a pair of 1300mm demountable tyre friendly round cross beams to reduce the marking of tyres, and a 1300mm central top beam that offers added strength.

Two fixed and two fully-rotating locking & braking polypropylene castor wheels are supplied as standard, but these can be upgraded to Aluminium Wheels for towing, or two fully-rotating and two fully-rotating locking & braking polypropylene castor wheels for workshop use.

Designed for use with the Single Tier Wheel and Tyre Trolley, this divider set protects the rim faces by preventing them from moving around and rubbing against each other. Once fitted, the dividers are easily adjusted to suit the various wheel and tyre sizes.

Produced from a mild steel skeleton sleeved with protective foam tubing.
